SKC was retained to help a couple with growing family who had begun the renovation of a large single family but had run out of funds to complete the work. SKC determined the overall development potential of the property, secured building permits for two future towhnhouses on the site and prepared marketing documents for the existing half completed house. As brokerage agent, SKC sold the permitted parcel on behalf of the homeowners to a builder who then developed the permitted units, with all parties involved showing financial gain from the transaction.
