A barn, converted to an 18th century horse carriage assembly factory, and in near collapse condition, was given a complete structural and aesthetic makeover to create 5 condominium units including one unit of affordable housing. A voluntary amenity was the improvement of a garbage strewn private way into a handsome pedestrian street.
