SKC did the site and building design for the developer, secured a special permit, produced condo docs, and sold all 10 units thru a brokerage listing agreement. SKC also developed the historic 2 family at 384 Washington, receiving a preservation award for the resulting sensitive treatment of previously dilapidated Greek revival.
