This site was identified as one of the last developable properties on spring hill. A building permit to add a substantial new addition to an historic structure was secured on the last legal day possible. The existing structure was renovated and new unit combined into a 2-unit association. SKC permitted, did the condo docs, and marketed the project for the developer.
