Located a half block from the Charles river, the site of a printing and book storage warehouse became 9 luxury loft units, some with skyline views. The addition of an elevator and other amenities helped yield record sales including two units, which sold above 1 million each. The use of wide cedar siding and the cobblestones is unique. The demolition of the former warehouse yielded heart pine beams which helped start the wood reclamation business "longleaf lumber".
